About the Sauce

We are The Sauce Spot:
Created by Daniel Affatato in 2012 after many years of being a fan, bracket racer, and enthusiast of the Motorsports community.

The idea behind the term Sauce comes from years of using "SAUCE" to explain "putting my twist on things" Everyone is unique and different, we all have our own style and opinions. We all like different Sauces!

Raised in an Italian home my mother always made Sauce on Sunday- while at the track on event weekends, I may miss this at time. So this is my Sauce - this is what I create on Sunday! (sometimes Saturdays depending on the event)
